Then Let’s Journey Together:

Where You Are Now

We will spend the first session exploring your current situation and discuss ways I can help you. This gives you an opportunity to decide if we are a good fit to work together.

Where You’ve Been

In the following sessions, we will unpack as much of your past trauma as you are comfortable with.. We will discuss how this trauma may be impacting your day-to-day life and we’ll set recovery goals.

Where You’d Like to Go

During our sessions, we’ll also explore how you are doing with your recovery goals and discuss adjustments that could help you meet those goals.

Individual Coaching

One-on-One coaching can be done via Zoom or, if you are local, in person. Each session is 55 minutes long and frequency can be decided during the discovery call.

Investment: $90 per session

let’s start your healing journey…

Some of what’s covered:

  • Teaching clients about trauma, how it affects the brain and body (e.g., nervous system dysregulation, fight/flight/freeze responses).

  • Explaining concepts like triggers, grounding, and emotional flashbacks.

  • Techniques that help clients become aware of bodily sensations linked to trauma.

What's included?

  • Creating an environment where clients feel safe to share experiences without judgment.

  • Emphasis on building trust and emotional safety.

  • Helping clients identify meaningful goals and values.

  • Building self-trust, resilience, and personal agency.

  • Success in trauma coaching isn’t about rehashing every traumatic memory — it’s about integrating past experiences into the present in a way that leads to freedom, not re-traumatization

  • Sustainable healing takes time. Clients who commit to the process over weeks or months often see measurable shifts in self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience.

  • Many clients explore identity, purpose, and values during trauma coaching, leading to deeper personal growth and transformation.

  • Trauma coaching doesn’t treat clinical disorders, but it can be deeply healing. It focuses on present-moment support, emotional regulation, boundaries, and creating a vision for the future.
